The first images from ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER have been released and we have the photos from the literary adaptation of author Seth Grahame-Smith's historical re-imagining of Abraham Lincoln's presidency.

From the director of Wanted, Timur Bekmambetov adapts the macabre idea that Abraham Lincoln's real motives for ending slavery was to rid the world of vampires. In ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER, President Lincoln goes after vampires and their slave-owning helpers after his mother is killed by a supernatural force.
Tim Burton (Alice in Wonderland) produces along with Bekmambetov and stars Benjamin Walker as Abraham Lincoln, Rufus Sewell, Mamma Mia's Dominic Cooper and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER is set for release in 2010.
