THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER continue the quirkiness that started in RAGNAROK but the Taika Waititi’s MCU follow-up is all over the map as far as tone. That’s not to say LOVE AND THUNDER isn't as fun but it takes a more somber turn for the final act. Natalie Portman doesn’t disappoint, earning the Mjolnir, and Christian Bale is a worthy villain as Gorr.

Prime Video’s The Terminal List series, based on Jack Carr’s novel, drags after the first episode with flat performances from Chris Pratt and most of the cast. The lackluster and unoriginal story is a cross between THE FUGITIVE and DEATH WISH, but the action gets better towards the end of the eight-episode season.

MINIONS: THE RISE OF GRU is the fifth feature film in the franchise, and you get what you came for - fun. A prequel to the DESPICABLE ME movies and an origin story, the animated flick is set in the 1970s to funky music which really sets the mood for some hilarious Minions and Gru antics.
