My niece Sabrina and her school friend attended a Saturday morning 3D screening of Dreamworks' animated adventures. As with most young kids, if a movie can't hold Sabrina's attention she starts to squirm in her seat and ask a lot of questions. According to her mom (my sister), she said Sabrina payed full attention and never once asked her usual question, "Mama, is it almost over?" When it comes to movies, the usually shy and reserved 7-year-old doesn't like to offer much information when it comes to getting her opinion, as is the case with her review of MADAGASCAR 3: EUROPE'S MOST WANTED.

Q: Did you like the film?

Sabrina: Yes.

Q: How much did you like it? Pick a number from 1 to 5?  Five being the best.

Sabrina: Four.

Q: Did you have a favorite character?

Sabrina: I don't know.

Q: You don't have a favorite animal from the movie? The hippo, zebra, the lion, or the penguins?

Sabrina: Yeah, King Julien.

Q: What else did you like about the movie?

Sabrina: It's pretty!

Q: What about the 3D? Did you like watching with the glasses?

Sabrina: I don't know.

Q: Did you have fun watching it with your friend?

Sabrina: Yeah! Yeah!  Fun!  Fun!

Q:  Where you bored at all during MADAGASCAR 3?
Sabrina:  Never bored.

There you have it. A 7-year-old's short and sweet thoughts on MADAGASCAR 3: EUROPE'S MOST WANTED. Her mom added it was fun for the adults too and "good family entertainment."

MADAGASCAR 3: EUROPE'S MOST WANTED is in movie theatres Friday, June 8, 2012.
