UPDATE: We were saddened to hear Paul Walker lost his life in a car accident Saturday, November 30.  CineMovie sends condolences to his family, daughter and friends for the loss of the 40-year-old actor.  We sat down with him two weeks ago for HOURS, a film he was proud to have starred in as well as producing.  Sunday we'll post the entire interview of this humble actor.

Paul Walker adds Genesis Rodriguez to his roster of Latina co-stars, and the HOURS star tells CineMovie he prefers his Latina leading ladies on screen and in real-life.

Paul Walker has starred with Latina beauties Jessica Alba (Into the Blue), Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez (Fast & Furious) and Zoe Saldana (Takers). For this latest film HOURS, the Fast & Furious star acts opposite Genesis Rodriguez as his on-screen wife.  Coincidence or not, Walker says growing up in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California around a large Mexican population has certainly influenced his preference for “dark hair and look.’
“White boy growing up in the San Fernando Valley, that’s just the way it is. You end up dating a lot of Mexican chicks.”
The HOURS star calls starring with the Latina actresses “fortunate,” but he also likes the contrast between his blue-eyed, blond hair looks and that of a Latina.  As a producer on his new drama HOURS, we’re sure he had a hand in casting the daughter of José Luis “El Puma” Rodriguez.

HOURS is in movie theaters December 13, 2013.
