Kermit The Frog and Jason Segel Visit Mexico

Kermit the Frog and Jason Segel visit ancient ruins of Mexico

Jason Segel and Kermit the Frog are a busy team these days promoting their first collaboration with the return of THE MUPPETS and they took the time to visit Mexico on their world-wind tour.  Check out what other places they visited down south.

The stars of THE MUPPETS paid a visit to Mexico City first at the Zocalo (largest city square) in the downtown area, then it was off to the ancient ruins outside the city where the 6'4 actor and the 2 feet high puppet posed with the pyramids as evidenced in the above photo.

In THE MUPPETS, while on vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the world's biggest Muppet fan, and his friends Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) from Smalltown, USA, discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater and drill for the oil recently discovered beneath the Muppets' former stomping grounds. To stage The Greatest Muppet Telethon Ever and raise the $10 million needed to save the theater, Walter, Mary and Gary help Kermit reunite the Muppets, who have all gone their separate ways.
