Anthony and Joe Russo return to the director's chair after directing the last few AVENGER movies with Apple TV+'s upcoming movie, CHERRY starring Tom Holland. It seems the brother duo keep tapping into the Marvel line-up after producing films with Chris Hemsworth in EXTRACTION and Chadwick Boseman's 21 BRIDGES. Wednesday Warner Bros. announced WONDER WOMAN 1984 will be coming to HBO Max on the same day as the release of the DCEU movie in theaters. Director Patty Jenkins and star Gal Gadot tweeted out the reasoning behind the huge announcement.

The fifth installment of the SCREAM franchise has wrapped, and with that came the announcement of the official title from creator of the franchise, Kevin Williamson. Simply titled SCREAM, Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media Group will release the new film on January 14, 2022.

Disney's MULAN must have been a success on Disney+ since the studio has now announced Pixar's SOUL will premiere on Disney+ on December 25. The animated film will still be released theatrically in countries where Disney+ is not yet available.

In the latest Hollywood movie shuffle, Warner Bros. moved the WONDER WOMAN sequel to Christmas day this year. WONDER WOMAN 1984 was originally scheduled for a summer release, but the pandemic sent the film into a few date changes. Many are wondering why the movie studio won't move the most anticipated DC film to 2021.
