Meet the astronauts behind the mission to Mars in this clip from the Ridley Scott movie opening October 2nd. In the clip, Matt Damon, Michael Peña, Jessica Chastain, Kata Mara and Sebastian Stan are part of the the ARES 3 crew, and they are partaking in a psychological review in anticipation of their mission.
In THE MARTIAN, Damon is astronaut Mark Watney who is presumed dead after a failed mission to Mars, and is left for dead. But Watney has survived, but not for long in the hostile planet. He must frantically find a way to signal Earth and his crew about his rescue. Watch Trailer
