TERMINATOR GENISYS changes up the storyline to the 1984 James Cameron movie, and two newly released clips explain how things have changed in this reboot. One of the clips also reveals who won the showdown between the 1984 T-800 (young Arnold) and the grey-haired T-800 (Arnold now) teased in an earlier trailer.
The new TERMINATOR GENISYS clips star Arnold Schwarzenegger, Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney and Lee Byung-hun. In a scene released on iTunes exclusively, Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese treads some familiar ground in the department store after he time travels back in time. The Nike shoe scene rings famiiar, but instead of real cops chasing after him, a terminator dressed as a policeman attempts to kill him until Sarah Connor saves him and utters another familiar line, "come with me if you want to live." While the iTunes clip was partially revealed in the first previews to TERMINATOR GENISYS, the second clip is the first time we see Reese react to seeing the original T-800 terminator. It doesn't go so well for him up against the terminator. We also briefly see a destroyed terminator in the armored truck, which looks to be the younger Schwarzenegger terminator. It's no surprise who wins that fight, but it'll be awesome to see that takedown. Take a look at the scene below.
