SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING has been in production for only a month, but director Jon Watts shared a few scenes from the movie at the San Diego Comic Con panel. Holland's co-stars Zendaya, Tony Revolori (DOPE), Zendaya, Laura Herrier and Jacob Batalon joined him on stage in Hall H to promote the movie which won't be out until July 7, 2017. Watts revealed HOMECOMING is unlike any superhero movie in that the backdrop for Peter Parker coming into hero status is set against high school life and teenage angst. Panel host Chris Hardwicke joked it's a John Hughes movie with superpowers.
