In Quentin Tarantino style, the new preview has catchy dialogue, quirky characters, modern music unfitting a period piece, and strong visuals. Jamie Foxx is Django, a slave-turned-bounty hunter hired by Christoph Waltz ' Dr. King Schultz to track down wanted men in exchange for his freedom. Django sets out to help Dr. King in return his new liberator helps him track down his wife who was kidnapped by a villainous Mississippi plantation owner Calvin Candie played by the deliciously evil-looking Leonardo DiCaprio.
Finally Leonardo DiCaprio takes on a role as the antagonist in a Tarantino film no less, which should be a welcome change from his usual fare. Tarantino villains always make for fun viewing. After all, DJANGO UNCHAINED star Christoph Waltz's career exploded after his turn as the baddie in Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds.
