Eric Richards says she and Tabitha will become a family by taking Selina Kyle (Carmen Bicondova) under their wings. The GOTHAM actress also reveals rumors that she will become Harley Quinn are not true and that she will still be a new and improved Barbara when the show returns in the fall to FOX.
