Actor Catalina Sandino Moreno joins the John Wick universe as an assassin for Gabriel Byrne's Tribe faction in BALLERINA. The actor discusses her two-week training, which The Affair actor says was not enough. The Colombian-born actor did learn how to hold a gun, which proved beneficial for her next action movie with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
BALLERINA hits movie theaters on June 6 starring Ana de Armas as a trained assassin seeking revenge against the man who killed her father. Moreno's Lena stand in her way.
Synopsis: Taking place during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, the film follows Eve Macarro (Ana de Armas) who is beginning her training in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma.
