MADAME WEB director SJ Clarkson reveals some behind-the-scenes on the new film based on the Marvel comics starring Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, and Isabela Merced.
Clarkson came to MADAME WEB with Marvel credentials having directed episodes of Marvel's Jessica Jones and The Defenders. The first-time feature film director reveals the actors playing the Spider team went through a chemistry read and their interaction was "palpable."
MADAME WEB is now playing in movie theaters.
