'Creed III' Star and First-Time Director Michael B Jordan Sought Advice from Denzel Washington, Bradley Cooper and Jon Favreau As Actor-Directors

Michael B. Jordan joins the ranks of actors turned directors in his directorial debut with CREED III. Aside from encouragement from original CREED director/producer Ryan Coogler (BLACK PANTHER, FRUITVILLE STATION), the actor/director also sought out advice from the likes of Denzel Washington, Bradley Cooper, and Jon Favreau for tips on pulling double duty as star and director. 

Jordan's Adonis Creed returns to the ring after a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy, Damian (Jonathan Majors), resurfaces after serving a long sentence in prison, and he's out for blood in the ring.  CREED III opens in theaters on March 3.

During the press conference for the third installment in the franchise, Jordan spoke about his decision to get into the director's chair and who he looked to for advice.  See the video below.
