Acapulco breakout star Rafael Cebrián made his feature film debut 11 years ago in Journey, a timely immigrant drama now hitting movie theaters. Cebrián discusses his first feature film and why the themes in Journey relate to his acting career a decade since his debut.
Cebrián played Héctor Valero, the charismatic head pool boy at Las Colinas, across Acapulco's four seasons on AppleTV. He recently appeared in Motor City alongside Alan Ritchson and Ben Foster, and stars in Eugenio Derbez's hilarious series Y Llegaron de noche.
Journey is now in movie theaters.
