Sacha Baron Cohen returns to the big screen with his latest controversial character Admiral General Aladeen, a Middle Eastern dictator.  When he the viscious dictator attends a UN conference in the United States, an unsuccessful kidnapping plot forces him to become a regular citizen in the mean streets of New York City.  THE DICTATOR also stars Anna Faris and a cameo by Megan Fox.
