It's summer time but it was a winter wonderland complete with snow and penguins in Los Angeles for MR. POPPER'S PENGUINS starring Jim Carrey.
Families from around the Los Angeles area enjoyed play time in the snow on a warm Tuesday afternoon in Downtown Los Angeles' LA Live. The event was sponsored in anticipation of the Jim Carrey family comedy starring penguins. Besides snow, ice sculptures in the shape of penguins adorned the event. Child activities and games also kept the kids busy. See more photos from the event below.
The snow play was followed by a free screening of MR. POPPER'S PENGUINS featuring Jim Carrey and his loveable co-stars - the penguins. In this family comedy, Jim Carrey is Mr. Popper, a driven businessman who is clueless when it comes to the important things in life, until he inherits six penguins. Popper’s Penguins turn his swank New York apartment into a snowy winter wonderland and the rest of his life upside-down.
