Kuno Becker and Sophia Loren in CARS 2


Iconic Italian actress Sophia Loren and international star Kuno Becker are lending their voices to CARS 2 for the international versions of the Disney*Pixar sequel.

The Italian beauty will be voicing Mama Topolino in  21 countries including Kong, Taiwan, Rusia, Kazajstán, Brasil, España, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, México, Francia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay, Portugal y Japan.  Vanessa Redgrave voices Mama Topolino in the United States version.

Mexican heartthrob Kuno Becker also joins the cast as the voice of Lightning McQueen or  “EL RAYO” McQueen  in the Spanish dubb of CARS 2 in Latin America.  The popular Mexican artist who got his start in Spanish novelas, has since starred in Latin American and Hollywood films (Goal Trilogy, From Prada To Nada).  Owen Wilson voices Lightning McQueen for American audiences.

Movie Preview: Meet the Latin Diva of CARS 2

Mexican actors Cesar Bono, Ana Serradilla, and auto car racer Juan Pablo Montoya also join the international cast for Latin America. Mexican rock band Moderatto will be covering the original CARS 2 theme music "You Might Think" and an 80s version of "Autos, Moda y Rock and Roll" produced by Lori Ceroni.  Moderatto's band members also take on small voice over roles in CARS 2.
